Privacy Policy

Cade AI ("Cade", "we", "us") is an AI-powered sales platform operated from the United States. It helps businesses find prospects, run email and advertising campaigns, and manage the conversations that follow. Questions about this policy or your data: allan@cadeai.co.

Your account: name, email address, company details you provide, and billing information (payment processing is handled by our payment provider; we do not store card numbers).

Your workspace data: the campaigns you create, emails written and sent through the platform, replies received into your connected inboxes, meetings booked, and settings you configure.

Prospect data: business contact information (names, job titles, companies, work emails, phone numbers) sourced from licensed third-party data providers and from files you import. This is business-to-business contact data used for sales outreach on your behalf.

Usage data: standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) used to keep the service secure and working.

You can connect third-party accounts to your workspace — for example an email sending provider, a calendar, a scheduling tool, or a Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ads account. When you connect one, we store the access credential that service issues so the platform can act on your behalf. Credentials are held server-side, are never displayed in your browser, and are removed when you disconnect the service.

Meta platform data: if you connect a Meta account, we access only what the features need — your ad accounts, Facebook Pages, and ad campaign data — to create and manage the campaigns you ask for and to show you their performance. Audience lists uploaded to Meta are hashed (SHA-256) before transmission, as Meta requires. We do not sell Meta platform data or use it for purposes other than operating the features you use. You can disconnect Meta at any time from within the app, which deletes the stored credential.

To operate the product you signed up for: finding and enriching prospects, generating and sending campaigns, answering replies with the AI features you enable, booking meetings, running the ad campaigns you create, and showing you reporting. We also use data to secure the service, provide support, and improve the product.

We do not sell your personal information.

We share data only with the service providers needed to run the platform (hosting, databases, email delivery, AI model providers, payment processing, and the third-party services you choose to connect), each bound to use it only to provide their service — and when the law requires it.

We keep your data while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and data at any time — see cadeai.co/data-deletion for exactly how. Disconnecting a connected service deletes its stored credential immediately.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. Email allan@cadeai.co and we'll handle it. If you're a prospect who received outreach sent by one of our customers and want your contact details suppressed, email the same address and we'll add you to the suppression list.

If this policy changes materially, we'll update this page and the date above. Continued use of the service after a change means the updated policy applies.
