Deleting your data
Disconnect a connected service (including Meta)
Inside the app, open the page for the connected service — for Meta ads that's Ad Campaigns → Disconnect — and disconnect it. The access credential we stored for that service is deleted immediately. Campaigns already created on your own Meta ad account remain yours, in your Meta Ads Manager, untouched.
Delete your Cade AI account and data
Email allan@cadeai.co with the subject "Data deletion request" from the email address on your account. We verify the request and delete your account data — workspace content, connected-service credentials, and personal information — within 30 days, except for records we're legally required to keep (such as billing records).
Not a customer, but received outreach?
If a business using Cade AI contacted you and you want your details removed and suppressed from future outreach, email allan@cadeai.co — or simply use the unsubscribe link in the email you received, which suppresses your address immediately and permanently.
