We build for the part of outbound nobody automates
Finding contacts got solved a decade ago. Sending email at volume got solved after that. What never got solved is the live conversation — and that's still where the revenue is decided.
Cade AI started from a specific frustration: a team can do everything the modern playbook says — buy the data, warm the domains, run the sequences — and still watch the whole quarter turn on a handful of replies that nobody answered while they were warm.
The tooling reflected that gap. Prospecting tools ended at the export. Sequencers ended at the reply. CRMs were a filing cabinet someone was supposed to fill in by hand. Every one of them treated the conversation as somebody else's problem.
So we built the opposite: one workspace where the research that justified the email, the answer to the reply that just landed, and the record of what was actually said all live in the same place — and act in the second they're useful rather than the week after.
How we make decisions
One workspace beats four integrations
Every handoff between tools is a place context goes to die. We'd rather own the whole path from list to booked meeting than be the fifth tab a rep has open — even though it's harder to build.
Help arrives while it still matters
A reply answered on Thursday is a post-mortem. The interesting problem is answering the prospect while they're still at their desk thinking about you, and that shaped most of the product.
Aggressive is not the same as careless
Unsubscribes, suppression and sending limits are enforced by default rather than left as settings someone forgets. Nobody should have to hold the rulebook in their head at email 5,000.
Sold with a conversation, not a card form
There's no free trial because an unconfigured workspace teaches you nothing. We set up your list, your sending infrastructure and your objections with you — and if your market isn't a fit, we say so on the first call.
What working with us looks like
You talk to someone who knows the product
Not an AI Reply Agent reading a qualification script. The first call is a working session on your market, your current numbers and whether this is worth your money.
Onboarding is done with you
We build the first list, provision your sending infrastructure, and pick your email styles against your real prospects before anything is sent to a customer.
Support is a person, not a ticket queue
At this size you get the people who built it. When something breaks, you're not explaining your setup to a stranger.
